I am friendly and eager to adapt my approaches. My lessons are aimed at children who struggle with maths or eager to improve.

It is important that they know this isn't school. They can tell me if they struggle with anything as I am there simply to help them. It is essential that they understand that and I am a friendly face for them. If they are stuck with anything I will talk it through with them until they understand it and change my approach as I work with them if it isn't working.
