I alter my lesson plans to suit each pupil, communicating with them throughout our sessions to ensure they feel supported in their progression. I use a combination of visual, auditory and practical teaching before supporting pupils through practice questions and exam technique. I like to express honesty with my pupils so they feel comfortable sharing their areas of concern, whilst also acknowledging the areas at which they excel.
