I have a Psychology BSc Hons degree and experience of IAPT talking therapies for CYP and Adults.
I teach hatha yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, reflexology, visualisation and mindfulness.
I support individuals with physical and emotional mental health concerns, also individuals who prefer alternative therapies.
