I am a yin and vinyasa teacher, I combine my classes with both styles if requested and use yoga beats to help focusing.
I have qualified in Rishikesh, India and I practiced yoga for over 7 years.
I like to keep my classes fun and have a laugh during my class.
Passionate about how body, mind and soul work and aware if one is not in balance the whole self will be out of balance.
