I tailor each lesson to the individual student, identifying their strengths, gaps and goals before planning focused, engaging sessions. I use clear explanations, guided practice, questioning, relevant texts and targeted feedback to develop reading, writing, analysis and exam technique. I also help students improve essay structure, comprehension, vocabulary and study skills. My aim is to build confidence, independence and secure subject knowledge so that students feel better prepared for assessments and more able to tackle challenging work on their own. I adapt lessons as students progress and grow.
