I coach kids at football. One of the first to encompass NVQ when this was introduced. I have passed complex exams in my 30’s and 40’s. Incredible varied life with extreme highs and lows. I understand pressure like few others. I seem to have a way of communicating with younger people which they enjoy and more importantly, respond to.
