I offer supportive and empowering online therapeutic coaching sessions designed to help students improve confidence, manage stress, develop resilience, and create a healthier balance between academic demands and personal wellbeing.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centred, creating a safe and non-judgemental environment where students feel comfortable being themselves and discussing any challenges they may be facing.

In the initial session, we will explore the student’s current situation, goals, challenges, and areas they would like support with. This may include academic stress, motivation, confidence, organisation, anxiety, mindset, self-esteem, or difficulties maintaining balance.

Together, we will identify realistic goals and create a personalised plan tailored to the student’s individual needs and strengths.

Ongoing sessions focus on building self-awareness, confidence, emotional resilience, and practical life skills. We may work on areas such as time management, healthy boundaries, communication skills, emotional regulation, positive mindset development, stress management, and overcoming limiting beliefs.

I encourage students to develop practical tools they can use independently in everyday life.

My coaching combines therapeutic and coaching techniques, including person-centred support, Cognitive Behavioural techniques (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness-based approaches, reflective discussion, goal setting, and solution-focused strategies.

Every session is tailored to the individual, helping students feel heard, supported, motivated, and empowered to reach their full potential both academically and personally.
