Work with me for a holistic style of study support, with an empathetic perspective, from genuine lived experience - I was a mature student who struggled so hard with the nuances of my late diagnosed ADHD - I now live a thriving life as a freelance creative producer, platforming neurodiverse artists in the embryonic stages of their creative practice whilst leading a multitude of my own projects, simultaneously.
With specific study coaching and mentoring, I too was able to navigate university, essays, and overcome the challenges of my own mindset. I then went on to study teacher training at Masters level, and trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) for mindset and emotional mastery - this shifted so much for me in every aspect of my life and I now want to share these techniques with you, too.

I facilitate for the GMMH NHS Recovery Academy training service users, caregivers, support workers and mental health professionals on ADHD and neurodiversity awareness, from both a lived, academic and professional experience.
