I specialise in reducing stress and anxiety in order to increase motivation, confidence, self-esteem and ultimately performance. This will support you to succeed in whatever you want to do!

I have an extensive background in supporting trainee doctors through their studies and work-based training. My PhD focused on career decisions and wellbeing. I have worked widely with the NHS, businesses - and with schools to support teachers and equip them to pass on good mental health and coping strategies to pupils.
