I seek to maximise business performance through improving employee mental health. Mentally healthier staff not only take less sick days and are more likely to be retained by their employer, but are more motivated and perform better. I deliver bespoke group workshops for businesses as well as support individual clients.

1-to-1 sessions:
I deliver these remotely. They are always tailored to suit individual / student / employee / business needs, so that they can have the maximum impact and benefit. These sessions can be used to cover my workshop topics (below) in more depth or can be flexible to suit the individual client.
Bespoke business workshops:
I deliver these interactive sessions in 2 ways - locally in Cheshire and pre-recorded online for those further afield. Together we'll identify your business needs and factors unique to your staff. I'll produce a workshop (or workshops) with a focus on providing them with easy, practical and effective strategies which they can immediately put into practice and benefit from! All workshops are a mixture of a presentation and guided activities which encourage each person to consider themselves and how they can make real changes and improvements.
