I teach yoga as a space to come back to yourself.
My classes blend movement, breath work, and moments of stillness to help you feel more connected physically, mentally, and emotionally. You can expect a mix of styles, from dynamic flows to slower, more restorative practices, all guided in a way that feels accessible and supportive, no matter your experience level.
My intention is to create an environment where you feel safe to explore, to challenge yourself when it feels right, and to soften when you need it. It’s not about performing or getting it “perfect” it’s about learning how to listen to your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a practice that supports you both on and off the mat.
Each class is an opportunity to slow down, reset, and leave feeling more grounded, clear, and at home within yourself.
