Working as a Nutritional Chef, Health & Wellbeing Coach and Artist, I aim to create healthy, beautiful dishes that reflect my passion for seasonal and sustainable food. I am a lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London and as a chef I have worked in a variety of kitchens ranging from raw food to award-winning vegetarian cuisine. I enjoy redefining contemporary dishes by experimenting with original flavour combinations and modern techniques, as well as considering optimum nutritional needs. I enjoy working with others to help educate on healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices.
