The way I plan on doing lessons is, we will do virtual calls and you can let me know what aspect of cooking you are hoping to learn. We will go over what you know so I understand where to being. I will give you recipe ideas based on what you tell me you are interested in and I will give you tips on things you can practice and how to practice them in-between lessons.

We can even work on food budgeting as that is something I am experienced with, just on a larger scale. You can tell me what shops are in your area and we will look online together for ingredients that are in your price range and to your liking.

If you are interested in learning the why, I can break down the theory behind the methods I will be teaching so you fully grasp the reasons we are doing things. We will figure out a way for you to set up your phone or camera so I can observe your Knife skill and give you tips on how to use the knife safely and effectively. I can also share good habits for keeping your blade sharp and for good kitchen hygiene.

I understand that it may seem difficult to learn like this but I hope to make it as easy as possible, Communication is a key aspect of a working kitchen so I am quite adept at explaining things in a clear manor.

I have experience in cooking and baking so if you have a sweet tooth I can help with that as well. On the other hand if you are trying to go for a healthier diet I have done a vast amount of research into nutrition though I have no qualification on it. I did this research to lose weight myself so I understand that situation.
