Advert description
Skills and Experience
Experienced in teaching Organic Chemistry at undergraduate and postgraduate levels with specialization in heterocyclic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, spectroscopy, reaction mechanisms, synthetic organic chemistry, and pharmaceutical chemistry. Skilled in academic mentoring, assignment preparation, viva training, research guidance, molecular docking studies, manuscript writing, and scientific presentation. Actively involved in research related to synthesis, characterization, and biological evaluation of novel organic compounds with experience in publication-oriented academic work.
How I Teach Organic Chemistry
I teach Organic Chemistry using a concept-oriented and mechanism-based approach that helps students understand the logic behind reactions rather than memorizing them. Lessons include detailed explanation of reaction mechanisms, named reactions, stereochemistry, spectroscopy interpretation, and problem-solving sessions. I use stepwise illustrations, practice questions, quizzes, and application-based examples from pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry to strengthen understanding. Teaching is adapted according to the student’s academic level and learning pace, ensuring both conceptual clarity and exam preparation.
