I am a passionate maths tutor who privately teaches primary and/or secondary students

I am a private tutor with good experience teaching primary and secondary level children. I achieved a grade 9 in Gcse Maths and at A levels I study maths, economics and biology. When I teach, I focus on making maths simple and clear. I break topics down step by step and explain them in a way that suits each person, so they don’t feel overwhelmed. I like to use examples and practice questions to build confidence, and I always encourage students to ask questions and learn from mistakes. After the content is learnt and they are confident on it, I focus on doing exam questions/past papers, as I believe this is the best method to getting marks during exams.
