NPL Scientist & PhD Maths Tutor | Primary, GCSE, A-Level Mathematics

I am a Higher Scientist at the National Physical Laboratory and hold a PhD in Medical Physics. Alongside my scientific career, I have extensive experience tutoring mathematics across a wide range of ages and abilities, from primary school through to A-level.

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, whether they are building core mathematical skills, preparing for exams, aiming to improve their grades, or seeking greater challenge and confidence in the subject. I believe that mathematics is best learned through understanding rather than memorisation, so I focus on helping students develop a strong grasp of concepts and effective problem-solving techniques.
