I am an experienced and dedicated Science and Chemistry tutor with over 7 years of teaching experience across both mainstream and SEN settings, helping students build confidence, improve grades, and genuinely enjoy science.
I specialize in Chemistry, but I also teach general science across a range of levels, including KS3, GCSE, IGCSE, and A-Level. My teaching approach is tailored to each student’s needs, whether they require support with understanding difficult topics, preparing for exams, improving practical science knowledge, or simply building stronger study habits.
Over the years, I have successfully supported students of different abilities, including those with learning gaps, low confidence, and additional educational needs. I take pride in breaking down complex scientific ideas into simple, engaging explanations that students can understand and apply with confidence. My lessons are structured, encouraging, and focused on helping students make clear progress.
I hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, B.Sc., B.Ed. in Chemistry and Education and an MSc in Analytical Chemistry, which gives me both the professional classroom experience and strong subject knowledge needed to support learners effectively . I have taught in schools in the UK and internationally, and I have a strong track record of helping students achieve excellent academic outcomes, including high performance at GCSE/IGCSE and A-Level.
