About me

I am a full-time tutor with a master's in chemistry, a lover of all sciences and passionate about learning. I will teach not only the desired scientific subject but also how to build a solid study method and do your best in the exams. We will work on logical thinking, problem solving, stress management and valuable skills that will make every subject easier. I will share my positivity, teach with consciousness, and bring awareness of science into our everyday lives. Let me be your teacher, role model and friend, that study doesn't have to be boring!

A bit about myself: I have studied sciences my whole life, and I obtained a FIRST CLASS master's degree in chemistry in 2019 before focusing full-time on online teaching (yes, even before we had to learn online due to COVID-19). I have developed a solid study method and learned to deal with exam and deadline stress. I have studied and worked simultaneously, and therefore, I have developed incredible time-management skills. I have been tutoring for the past five years and every single student I have not only improved in their grades but improved important skills such as logical thinking, time management, study and exam skills. I help students develop a study method based on logic rather than memory; all subjects will benefit from this.

My teaching method is adapted to the student's needs and abilities. I organise notes, assignments, and even recordings on online platforms. I provide regular feedback and am happy to adapt to any further requests you may have. My online teaching method is more efficient than in-person—I tried both! I also strongly believe in using the incredible advances of technology to our advantage by adapting to this fast-paced digital world.

We worked with Sara for two years of A-level Chemistry, and she occasionally supported my daughter with Biology as well. The support throughout was outstanding—completely professional, consistent, and tailored to my daughter’s needs. Sara provided regular feedback, was always available to answer questions, and her teaching was truly on another level. Sara tutored me during year 13, and helped me greatly in my understanding with both the AS content and A-Level Chemistry content. Thanks to her thorough tutoring, starting from the foundations of the course and thoughtful guidelines on how to revise for my exams, I gained confidence on my weakest subject. She was especially helpful during the stressful exam period, providing more frequent classes for extra support, and covering exam techniques that were not taught to me elsewhere.
