I hold a Master’s degree (MSci) in Chemistry from Imperial College London and have over 10 years of experience supporting students in Chemistry and Science.

I specialise in A-level Chemistry (UK and international), with extensive experience across all major specifications, including AQA, Edexcel, OCR A, OCR B, Edexcel International A-level (IAL), and Cambridge International (CAIE). I also teach GCSE Science, including both Triple (separate sciences) and Combined Science, as well as international GCSE qualifications.

I have supported many students in achieving their academic goals, including securing university offers and places on highly competitive courses such as medicine and related fields.

Alongside my teaching, I have over 10 years’ experience as a specialist examiner, marking a wide range of AS and A-level Chemistry papers. This provides a clear understanding of how marks are awarded and how students can develop the exam technique needed to achieve top grades.

My approach is tailored to each student. This begins with an initial consultation, followed by a diagnostic first lesson to assess current level, identify gaps, and set clear targets. Group sessions are structured and adapted to the needs of each cohort based on prior consultation.

With over 15 years of classroom teaching experience, I use proven teaching methods to ensure sessions are clear, engaging and focused on measurable progress. Emphasis is placed on both deep subject understanding and effective exam technique.

Students are provided with a wide range of high-quality resources, including PowerPoint lessons, past paper question packs, structured worksheets and revision booklets. I also offer guidance on effective independent study to support progress outside of lessons.

Fees start from £20–25 per hour for small group sessions and £65 per hour for bespoke one-to-one teaching.
