Hi, I’m Aryan – a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences from Durham University. I’ve worked with a range of clients, from university athletes to everyday gym-goers, and currently coach both group fitness classes and one-to-one sessions.
Experience includes:
Coaching placements at Durham University and Imperial College London
Delivered tailored training for sports including rugby, football, basketball, rowing, swimming, and triathlon
Led performance testing, designed training blocks, and adapted sessions for different needs and levels
Qualifications:
UKSCA Strength & Conditioning accreditation
Trained and assessed in:
Coaching core lifts and movement patterns
Designing structured workout programmes
Adapting sessions to suit different abilities

Coaching style:
I currently run HIIT and kettlebell-based group classes and create personalised PT sessions for my clients. My clients span of all ages and backgrounds.
