Hi, I’m Aryan - a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences from Durham University.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including university athletes and everyday individuals looking to get fitter, stronger, or more confident in the gym. My coaching experience comes from placements at Durham University and Imperial College London, where I supported sports like rugby, football, basketball, rowing, swimming, and triathlon through tailored strength and conditioning programmes. Alongside that, I currently run HIIT and kettlebell classes and provide one-to-one training for clients with varied goals and experience levels.
I hold a UKSCA accreditation in Strength & Conditioning, which involved being assessed on my ability to design effective training programmes, coach key movement patterns like squats and deadlifts, and adapt workouts to suit different needs. It gave me the tools to help clients train safely, build strength, and make real progress - whether they’re just starting out or already have experience.
My sessions are designed to:
Improve strength, endurance, and movement quality
Build confidence and consistency in training
Stay varied, challenging, and engaging
Be fully tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule
My approach is supportive, results-driven, and grounded in the latest training methods. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, better performance, or just a healthier routine, I’ll guide you with a plan that works for you.
If you're ready to train with structure, purpose, and expert support - let’s get started.
