I'm a London-based yoga teacher, certified through Triyoga's 200-hour Teacher Training in Camden under Adam Husler and Michael James Wong, with further training through the Virgin Active Teacher Training programme covering sequencing, breathwork, philosophy, and theming. My approach blends dynamic movement with mindfulness and intentional theming, drawing on styles including Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Align, and Yoga Calm.
I teach weekly classes across London, including a permanent slot at Virgin Active Wimbledon, where I've built two thriving communities of regular students, and classes at Blanc Space Studios in Fulham and Notting Hill, where I also cover additional sessions. I also run a community class from my own rental studio in Parsons Green, designed to be inclusive, low-cost, and welcoming to beginners looking to start their practice without pressure or intimidation.
My classes are known for their energetic, full-body Vinyasa sequences, synchronising breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in equal measure. I love creating a space where students can switch off from the outside world, move intuitively, and reconnect with their bodies. I've also brought my teaching to wider audiences, including a session at the Wellnergy Festival, where I led a wellbeing-focused practice for a diverse crowd.
At the heart of my teaching is a commitment to connection, inclusivity, and helping students of all levels feel confident on the mat, whether they're stepping into their first class or deepening a long-standing practice, in a supportive community they'll want to keep coming back to.
