Each session is carefully planned to provide safe, effective, and comfortable practice based on the student’s needs and progress.

In my classes, I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga, pranayama, meditation, relaxation techniques, and posture correction. Along with physical asanas, I also include mudra therapy, chanting practices, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to support both physical and mental well-being. My sessions focus not only on flexibility and strength, but also on stress relief, emotional balance, concentration, and inner calmness.

I conduct both online and in-person sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. Since my classes are mostly one-to-one, students receive complete personal attention, guidance, and motivation throughout the practice. I ensure proper alignment, safe movements, and suitable modifications whenever required.

With more than 10 years of teaching experience, I have worked with students of different age groups and fitness levels. My teaching style is calm, friendly, supportive, and adaptable, helping students feel comfortable and confident during every session.
