Building confidence - tutoring for all ages and abilities

Hello,

I have a BSc Mathematics and MSc Theoretical Physics from King’s College London (graduated 2022). I have always loved these subjects and enjoy sharing my passion through tutoring. Whether you are wanting to build confidence or get ahead and improve grades I’d love to support you.

I like to adapt to how you like to learn. A method that had mostly worked for me is going over homework and tutorials together and discussing understanding as a basis then attempting past papers/ exercise sheets/ textbook questions (where applicable) and running through them throughly.

I have a strong and varied background in tutoring. Before undertaking my Masters I was a Maths and Physics Teaching Assistant at my local boarding school where I supported SEN students (Year 7-13) and ran extra curricular Maths classes for A-level students. I have also privately tutored a number of students through GCSE exams as well.

I think confidence is at the core of being successful in a subject. Having been a tutee myself I know how helpful it can be and hope I can offer you the same support I had.
