Lessons are tailored to each student and can range from 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on their age, needs and goals.

For GCSE students, I can focus on understanding difficult topics, improving exam technique, working through past-paper questions or preparing for upcoming tests. I use the student’s exam board specification to make sure we cover the content they actually need.

I particularly enjoy helping students who understand the basics but struggle to apply their knowledge in exam questions. I break difficult topics down into simple steps and then gradually build up to exam-style questions.

I can teach Mathematics and the Sciences from KS2 up to GCSE level, and I am familiar with the demands of GCSE exams from having recently completed them myself.
