Advert description
I’m an award-winning teacher and economist with nearly a decade of experience teaching and tutoring economics, mathematics, and statistics. I formerly served as a Teaching Fellow at the London School of Economics, where I used to teach econometrics to postgraduate students and core undergraduate modules including Econometrics I (EC2C3) and Econometrics: Theory and Applications (MG205).
I received the LSE Class Teacher Award for exceptional student feedback in the 2022/23 academic year. My academic background includes a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics (cum laude) from the American University in Bulgaria and an MSc in International Economics from the University of Geneva.
Outside my formal teaching roles, I have been a teaching assistant at Sciences Po and Oxford, and I’ve supported students from top UK universities including UCL, Warwick, Bath, Edinburgh, City, Royal Holloway, and others.
My tutoring spans everything from IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics to university-level modules in microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, and international trade among others. What drives my teaching is a commitment to clarity, structure, and student confidence.
Whether I’m explaining quadratic equations or advanced regression techniques, my goal is to make technical material intuitive and manageable while providing a supportive environment where tutee feels challenged and encouraged.
