Learning shouldn’t feel like a chore.

Whether we’re working on a university essay, unpacking a difficult concept, preparing a presentation, or simply trying to make a subject finally click, my goal is to make learning interesting, achievable and fun.

My teaching is tailored to your goals and, most importantly, the way you learn best. I’ll help you think critically, develop your ideas and communicate them clearly — both verbally and in writing — while building the confidence to learn independently.

I’m a university professor and advisor with an MSc in Development and a BA in English Literature. I also have a background in psychology and youth mentoring, and have worked with learners of different ages, cultures and learning styles. I’ve also worked privately with executives, athletes and public figures, where discretion, trust and personalisation matter.

I’m a best-selling children’s book author and documentary filmmaker, so I’m rather fond of a good story. If we can make your history paper feel a little like writing a best-seller, even better.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting students who are ADHD, dyslexic or neurodivergent. There is no such thing as a “bad learner” — sometimes we simply haven’t found the right way in yet.

And teaching is a two-way street. I love learning from the people I teach, too!

Fun fact about me: I’m half Spanish, half Chinese, and have a French bulldog who skateboards — and he just might make a cameo during the lesson! 🐶🛹
