Advert description
I have a PhD in Occupational Psychology, specialising in creativity and innovation in the workplace. I deliver lectures at degree and Master's level at the University of Sheffield as part of the Occupational Psychology and Business Management courses.
Despite my research specialism, I have a great interest in all areas of psychology having completed an A-Level and BSc in Psychology before specialising in the area of Occupational Psychology.
I would be happy to provide guidance and private tutoring for students undertaking GCSE, A-Level, degree, or Master's level study in Psychology. Having been a student of these courses myself, before moving into lecturing and marking other students' work, I understand both sides!
I offer a very relaxed and friendly approach to learning, ensuring that the essential content is understood in a way that works for the student. Rather than simply repeating the curriculum and hoping the student 'gets it', I prefer to better understand any challenges the student is facing, or areas they are keen to improve in, and work on a tailored approach to achieve these goals.
