I am a native English Language Teacher with twelve years teaching experience.

I am a friendly, positive, motivated and enthusiastic teacher, and I love working with people of all ages, young and old, from diverse backgrounds.

I want to help my students develop both language and communication skills, to enable them to be productive and confident in the lives they lead. My lessons are fun, engaging and highly communicative. I use a variety of resources including videos, newspaper articles, short stories, games, role play, songs and creative writing activities.

I will teach you how to speak English in a natural and relaxed way, so that you can communicate confidently at work, when studying abroad, or for general leisure and travel purposes.

Amy is truly an exceptional teacher :). I know this from my teenage daughter who has had regular lessons with Amy for 2 years and enjoys them immensely. Working with Amy means not only conversations but also deepening vocabulary and grammar assignments.
