I am a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer with a Sports Science degree and over eight years’ experience designing, delivering, and evaluating physical activity programmes for individuals and groups. With a proven background in coaching, fitness instruction, and community sport, I specialise in creating tailored training plans that are both effective and enjoyable, helping clients of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals.
My approach combines technical knowledge with strong motivational skills, ensuring clients stay engaged, confident, and supported throughout their fitness journey. I have extensive experience in leading safe, structured sessions—from children’s development programmes through to adult fitness and wellbeing initiatives—always adapting to meet individual needs and abilities.
Qualified in Paediatric, Emergency, and Mental Health First Aid, I provide a safe and positive environment for clients while promoting physical activity as a tool for both physical and mental wellbeing. Whether it’s weight management, strength and conditioning, injury recovery, or overall lifestyle improvement, I pride myself on guiding people to reach their full potential.
