All my coaching is done online – usually over WhatsApp, or through simple voice notes, depending on what suits you best. I also use Google Sheets or custom trackers to monitor your progress and keep things simple and visual. You won’t need a fancy gym or expensive equipment – I’ll work with whatever you’ve got, even if it’s just bodyweight and bottles of water to start with.
My style is friendly and realistic – no judgment, no crash diets, just steady progress and real support. I’ll also teach you how to train smart, not just hard – proper technique, structure, and how to build habits that last. Whether you want weekly check-ins or more hands-on help, I’ll adapt to what you need.
