A-Level & Further Maths Tutoring from Postgraduate Researcher with PGCE

I'm a qualified maths teacher with a PGCE in Secondary Maths Education, as well as a First Class Masters in Mathematics. I'm currently a postgraduate researcher in Pure Mathematics, and have proven experience teaching and supporting student education, both in secondary schools and with undergraduates at university level.

Having a PGCE means I'm trained in how students actually learn maths, how to navigate misconceptions, and how to break down concepts – whether a student is struggling with the basics or pushing for the top grades. Being a researcher means I'm working with advanced maths day-to-day, so I can offer the deeper understanding that helps students build confidence and reach their target grade.

For students who want to go further, I can go beyond the A-Level syllabus – useful for those considering maths at university, or preparing for admissions tests.

I cover A-Level Maths and Further Maths across Edexcel, AQA, and OCR. Sessions are tailored to each student's syllabus and target grade, with plenty of past paper practice and a focus on exam technique.

I offer in-person tutoring in Leeds, and online tutoring for students anywhere.
