I have excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken to an advanced level

I have been teaching English abroad and online since 1999. I am a very patient teacher who is capable of placing oneself in the shoes of the student to see things from their point of view. English is by no means a straightforward language and there are many rules and exceptions which must be learnt and used daily in life.

I can fully understand the doubts expressed by students as I was in the same position while living abroad and had very little knowledge of the native language spoken.
There were so many things to learn and they included local customs and traditions not found in other countries. The tourist guides do not include these things. I am happy to teach English from scratch through to advanced level.
