I AM A QUALIFIED TUTOR OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

I have a master's degree in development studies from the Graduate Institute of the School for International Training (SIT) based in Brattleboro, Vermont, USA. I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry from the University of Liberia based in Monrovia, Liberia, West- Africa. During my undergraduate Studies, I study English as a foreign language up to 300 level. Moreover, I study English during my Secondary School Education in addition to being a native speaker of English. With this level of education in English, I am confident that I can help greatly improve the grammar of students.
Following the days of my Undergraduate education, I tutored English and History at many secondary Schools in Liberia. Among these were the William V.S. Tubman High School located on 12th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia (-), the G.W. Gibson Junior High School, located at Capitol Bye Pass, Monrovia, Liberia (-) Also, I tutored at the Monrovia College and Industrial Training High School located on Camp Johnson Road, Monrovia, Liberia (-). Following my graduate education in December 2012, I tutored English and History for a year at the Smyrna High School based in Smyrna, Delaware, USA before joining Hannaford Corporation as Marketing Manager during the latter part of 2013.
With reference to other work experience, I worked as a Senior Electoral Administrator at the National Electoral Commission of Liberia for more than eight years. My responsibilities included direct supervision of Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement. I was also responsible for electoral activities in the Northeastern and Central Counties of Nimba and Bong. Also, I worked at Hannaford Corporation based in Brattleboro, Vermont, USA from 2013 to 2015. My responsibilities included designing and implementation of marketing strategy in accordance with the approval of management. I also worked briefly at the Hampton Inn Hotels as Assistant Human Resources Manager and at Home Depot, as Principal Sales Representative in Dover, Delaware, and Phoenix, Arizona, USA, respectively. With these experiences, I am confident that I can be an asset to the efforts of Findtutors to impact knowledge to the emerging generation with emphasis to the tutoring of English as a foreign language. Working independently or part of a team, I have the expertise to deliver excellence by achieving positive result.
