Friendly, enthusiastic Complex Needs teacher with experience in Primary Teaching

Throughout my teacher career, I’ve refined my practice, developed aspects of teaching and classroom management. I have learnt that each child is unique and the learning that we provide has to be moulded to support each child. Building positive relationships with parents by including them in their child’s learning is essential and encourages an effective supportive partnership between home and school. I have many qualities that have allowed me to become a good teacher. I pride myself in being resilient, resourceful, focused and approachable. I communicate clearly with others, which has allowed me to create good relationships with my students, staff and parents. I enjoy being part of a team with a shared vision. I have begun to understand the strengths I possess and also the parts that I require further development in. I believe I possess many qualities that would make me an excellent tuto. I am sure I will be able to showcase my passion and enthusiasm for the curriculum, and my capacity, commitment and imagination to teach, inspire, guide and challenge pupils of all ages and abilities.
