Hi, I'm Ubaid — a Glasgow-based finance professional and qualified engineer with a first-class degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and I am an ACA Chartered Accountant Finalist.

I've worked across some demanding environments, from nuclear power plants to global investment banking at Barclays, but my passion for teaching goes back a long way — I've formally mentored graduates and junior colleagues throughout my career, and I've always found real satisfaction in helping someone click with a subject that felt out of reach.

I offer tutoring primarily in Maths, Chemistry and Physics at GCSE, National 5, Higher and A-Level, and my approach is straightforward: I meet students where they are, build genuine understanding rather than exam technique alone, and make sure every session is time well spent.
