Specific one-off sessions - (this could be part of an activities programme, to provide pre-exam stress support or as part of a mindfulness programme) Well managed lessons with a defined structure Activities to engage bigger groups of children. Tailored progressive lessons Sessions include Mindful activities, themed sessions, music & storytelling, meditation, fun & games & of course yoga). Recommend Up to 8 - 30 children Age range is between 3-12 years
