AS A BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL in advertising for 8 years, I have had thousands of professional and casual conversations with many different kinds of people. I have presented at professional events for advertising and teaching, attended conferences, and participated (spoke) in workshops, and interacted with many administrators and sales professionals. I am familiar with etiquette and unique phrasing or dialogue.
