I’m Samuel Edwards, a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer with hands-on experience coaching clients both in-person and online. I’m passionate about helping people break out of workout ruts by creating personalised, achievable programmes that keep training fun and effective.

My training style is focused on building strong client relationships, understanding individual goals, and adapting sessions to fit different fitness levels and lifestyles. I combine strength, conditioning, and mobility work with motivation and education, empowering clients to stay consistent and see results.

As a former amateur boxer, I bring discipline and a results-driven mindset to all my coaching. I’m confident in my ability to teach clear, safe techniques remotely and guide clients through workouts using progress tracking and regular check-ins.

Thank you for considering my application. Here’s an overview of what my personal training sessions are like:

I structure each session to be effective, engaging, and tailored specifically to the client’s needs. We start with a warm-up designed to prepare the body for the workout ahead. This includes dynamic stretches and targeted activation exercises that help engage the muscles and get the client mentally ready.

After warming up, I guide clients through body activation drills that prime strength and coordination. The main part of the session combines strength training, cardio, and mobility work to provide a well-rounded, high-intensity workout tailored to the client’s goals and fitness level. I usually finish with focused core exercises and a cool-down stretch to support recovery and flexibility.

Throughout the session, I maintain close engagement by observing form carefully, adjusting exercises as needed, and offering positive, constructive feedback. I also motivate clients consistently, encouraging them to push their limits safely while ensuring the workout stays enjoyable.

I believe that training is just as mental as it is physical. For this reason, I check in with clients before each session to understand their mental and physical state, adapting the workout accordingly. This personalised approach helps clients stay consistent and achieve better results.

Outside of the sessions, I maintain regular communication to monitor progress, manage any injuries, and make necessary adjustments to their programmes.

Additionally, for clients interested in boxing, I integrate basic boxing techniques and self-defense drills, which add variety, build discipline, and improve coordination and fitness.

I’m passionate about helping clients break through plateaus and reach their full potential in a supportive and motivating environment.
