I've been training with Itamar for 5 years, starting with cardio work (as advised by my doctor for blood pressure management) and recently adding weight training to build muscle strength. All this work has had great results. Cardio work for me now means no blood pressure medication and a level of fitness I've never had before. Plus loss of weight without even realising it. We are slowly building up weights and results are beginning to show. Throughout Itamar is professional, attentive and knowledgeable. He creates precise programs taking ability and weakness (lower back in my case) into account and moves it up as I progress. He is motivated, punctual and, importantly, fun to train with.
