My sessions are structured but still flexible depending on the client and what they need on the day. I’m a Level 2 qualified Personal Trainer and I have experience in gym environments delivering inductions, demonstrating equipment, and supporting clients with exercise technique and basic programme guidance.
I usually start by checking in with the client to see how they’re feeling, what progress they’ve made, and what we’re focusing on for that session. From there, I lead a warm-up that properly prepares the body for training and reduces risk of injury. The main workout is then based on their individual goals, whether that’s fat loss, strength, fitness, or building general confidence in the gym.
I’ve worked with beginners as well as clients who need extra support, so I’m used to explaining exercises clearly and making sure people feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. I pay close attention to form and technique, and I always make sure clients understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it.
I also adapt my coaching style to suit different personalities and learning styles, whether someone prefers more hands-on guidance or a bit more independence. My aim is to build a good working relationship with each client so they feel supported but also challenged enough to progress. I’m focused on creating sessions that are enjoyable but still effective, so clients actually look forward to training and can see steady improvements over time.
I aim to keep sessions positive, motivating, and realistic so clients can stay consistent without feeling pressured. At the end of each session, I include a cool down and a quick review so we can track progress and set focus for next time.
Overall, my coaching style is simple, supportive, and focused on helping clients build confidence, consistency, and sustainable long-term habits that fit into their lifestyle.
