yoga for young ones, yoga lessons offered from 4-14 years old

Advert description
I have various experience teaching ages 3-14 years old. My yoga classes vary in all levels and are personalised to students needs. I like to alter my lessons to suit students needs at the time. I believe a mix of mindfulness, meditation and going through a yoga flow will help students get the best mentally and physically out of yoga. I have experience in teaching small groups and one on one. As children & teenagers have so many pressures and distractions I want my classes to allow students to build up confidence and also feel calm yet energised.
