While this listing sits under English, my sessions focus on helping students build focus, confidence and practical study habits, alongside the self-awareness and thinking skills that help them navigate school and life beyond it.

I offer supportive online coaching sessions where students can talk things through, organise their thinking and develop practical tools to move forward with greater clarity.

My background includes nearly 30 years working in professional environments, where learning, adapting and managing change were constant. In the later part of my career I moved into coaching roles supporting individuals and teams to think clearly, develop confidence and navigate challenges.

I am a qualified coach and NLP practitioner, and use practical coaching tools that help students better understand how they think, learn and respond to pressure.

Online sessions provide a calm, supportive space where students can develop greater self-awareness, build confidence and strengthen the skills that will support them both academically and personally.
