Advert description
I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in Philosophy. My research mainly focuses on Epistemology, Philosophy of Mind and Action, and Philosophy of Music. Yet, I have broad philosophical interests that allow me to confidently teach in several other subdisciplines as, for example, Moral Philosophy, History of Philosophy, Ethics, etc. I have obtained my PhD in Philosophy from the University of Warwick in 2024 with no corrections. I have won Warwick Award for Teaching Excellence in 2023, was commended for it in 2022, and was nominated again in 2024. I have completed a Postgraduate Award for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education with distinctions (30 CATs master level) in 2022, and I have achieved Associate Fellowship Status of Higher Education Academy in 2021. Teaching has always been one of my passions and one of the aspects of my job that I love the most. My students have considered me flexible, open-minded and caring, and have said about my classes that they consolidate their knowledge and help them engage with philosophy at a deeper level.I teach philosophy at any age and level, even if I am generally more focused on A level on this subject. I would be happy to support BA students struggling with particular aspects of their course or any of their modules. I am also very enthusiastic about introducing children and adults to adults starting from complete beginners level.
