I've studied philosophy for 5 years now. In philosophy I achieved an A* in A levels and a 1st class honours during my undergraduate at the University of Sheffield. Now I'm studying a sociology-related masters (Social inequalities and research methods MSc) at the University of Warwick.

The content can be anything you want covering or going over, and no two lessons will look the same. I'm a firm believer that everybody learns differently, so if you tell me the content you want to go over and we discuss how you feel it would be best to learn (hearing, seeing, doing etc) then I will tailor a lesson plan to suit you.

As an example, I learn by doing, which doesn't necessarily mean I need to write something to memorise it, it means I remember content by engaging and using it in discussion. Others learn by visualising, I can create graphics or present you with a way to visualise an issue. Or for auditory learners I can create auditory cues to memorise. If you aren't sure how you learn best then I can try a mixed approach!

I'm also fantastic at breaking down complex philosophical or sociological ideas/problems into easy bite size nuggets of information. Too many tutors use big words or don't know how to simplify already confusing content. I pride myself on being able to really make any and all content that you find confusing, simple and understandable- and I'm looking forward to working with you, so I can demonstrate this :)
