I am a good communicator, i am quite confident and would love to teach and help. i have worked in a college for over a year.

I have had loads of experience so i will personally pull out their strong and weak points and work from there and see what else i can help with. i will give them work to complete and see where they are going wrong and where their strong points are and focus on that and also focus on what they struggle with a lot until they feel comfortable that they understand.
