Advert description
I've worked in the Hospitality Industry for 16 years, without having time to work out, and gradually I lost shape when I was 28 years old.
Since then I've started my research and my own battle to get back in shape, I graduated BSc in Management, Personal Trainer level 3 and currently studying Education Master's Degree in Mentoring and Coaching, to identify and then apply the most suitable approaches available at the academic level in the matter of adult learning and be able then to produce ;for myself and my customers; long term sustainable changes.
For me and for many other professionals, exercising regularly is a matter of changing our habits, re-organizing our busy lives, and being able to exercise at home or go to the gym at least 2-3 times a week, which is undoubtedly remarkable.
But that is just the starting point, and for many of us , including my self here ,at least during my first attempts to get back in shape, the starting point is also the moment when we stop because other commitments are prioritized.
What can be more important than our health? My holistic approaches used elements from positive psychology, Neuro Linguistically Programming, Sports exercise, Nutrition, Meditation, and many other frameworks.
You also have to be aware that my approaches are not for everyone , if you are healthy enough to pursue physical activities, and your GP confirm you that , you have a brave hearth; enough to be honest with yourself ; and not afraid to follow a deep process of introspection which will annihilate straight from beginning all the potential barriers that may limiting your adherence to a program, that, on medium and long term ,will create a new habit that will contribute to your health and wellbeing
The only thing that you have to do for a healthier and happier life is get in touch.
