Hey , everything I am now looking forward to teach my students arises from necessity as a teenager I had travelled in few countries around Europe before settling in the UK , my life was always busy and I neglect of of the most important aspects which was my physical training and nutrition , then was not a surprise at all when I've realised that my performances were decreasing year by year.
I was feeling that I get tired faster , I was almost all the time sleepy and I couldn't understand why , It took me a while to correlate that with my habits , then once I identified what was that I was doing wrong ,or better said not doing I've started to study and change my unproductive habits with ones that were more compatible with my long term goal.
