To me, teaching is an interacting process. 1. I will give lessons according to my plan and also respond to my students' unique needs and puzzles. 2. I will create an immersive and supportive learning environment, where my students grow their motivation to acquire new knowledge as soon as they enter the classroom. 3. I believe children/many adult learners have a kind of instincts for learning new language, which possibly derived from their willingness to communicate, pure curiosity or confidence. I will make use of this kind of instinct, rather than putting it off by dogmatism. 4. I find it a good way to combine language fundamentals with real-life cultural insights to keep my students well engaged and motivated.
