I am aware that every student has different needs when it comes to learning style, exam board, and confidence with the material. This is why I offer personally tailored lessons based on each individual. I allow the student to drive the format based on their preferences so that they can get the most out of their sessions. I start with identifying and filling knowledge gaps, then we will work on understanding and linking ideas, before finally moving to mark scheme optimisation and understanding what the examiner is looking for in your answers.

I spent 2 years tutoring GCSE students in biology when I was studying for my A-levels. I am comfortable with various methods of teaching.

I have a master's degree in biology from the University of Southampton, and I am currently a postgraduate student at the University of Cambridge. My knowledge and skills are up to date (and I know how it feels to be studying for exams with recent experience :))
